  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are damaged or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at care.speedkart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide a proper parcel opening video clearly showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
  • Upon review and confirmation of the damage or error, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or a refund.
  • Please note that we may request additional information or documentation to process your claim, including but not limited to photographs or the aforementioned parcel opening video.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible as each item is custom-made to order.
