Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy:
- We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product customization.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the dimensions/weight of the product(s).
Return and Refund Policy:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at care.speedkart@gmail.com or on web contact form within 2 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide a proper parcel opening video clearly showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
- Upon review and confirmation of the damage or error, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or a refund.
- Please note that we may request additional information or documentation to process your claim, including but not limited to photographs or the aforementioned parcel opening video.
- You have to send back us the damaged or incorrect product through our tied up courier by home pickup after your claim approved. Upon receipt of exact product, payment will be refunded within 7 days to your bank account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please refrain from using it and contact us immediately.
- We may require visual proof of the damage or error before proceeding with a return or replacement.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible as each item is custom-made to order.
